These shirts follow a slim/athletic fit frame, and are designed to fit similarly to many popular athleisure brands today.

General rule of thumb is that they run half of a size smaller than traditional shirt sizes, (so if you're barely a large, you're probably still a large), but if you are in between sizes, you should size up. (if you fit in a medium, but barely, you should choose a large). For a more relaxed fit, you should go one size up.

Chest sizes:

S: 36"  M: 39"  L: 42"  XL:  46"  XXL: 51"

Sleeve sizes:

S: 33" M: 33" 5/8 L: 34" 1/4 XL: 35"  XXL: 35" 3/4

If you're like us, these numbers mean nothing, so in general, here's the deal: slim fits tend to do great for lean-to-average builds, but will honestly start to show especially around the love handles if you're battling on the body mass index scale. Our larger sizes are scaling for an athletic lean build, not for BMI increases. Again, for a more relaxed fit, we recommend going one size up.

With that being said, to extend the shelf-life of this shirt, it's recommended to wash and dry this under the delicates / cold options.
