These shirts follow a slim/standard fit frame, and are designed to fit similarly to many popular athleisure brands today.
General rule of thumb is that they run slightly closer to the body than traditional shirt sizes since they're a slim/standard hybrid, but should fit true to size. If you fit in a standard size BUT BARELY, you should consider sizing up. For a more relaxed fit, you can also go one size up.

If you're like us, these numbers can be confusing, so in general, here's the deal: slim fits tend to do great for lean-to-average builds, but will honestly start to show especially around the love handles as BMI goes up. You know yourself best, and should consider a more relaxed size up if you're on the fence.
