Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 45-day return and exchange window from the date of fulfillment. After 45 days, all windows close. Returns and exchanges ship free. Store credit is also available at no penalty.

Condition & Inspection

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Items must be like new: free of stains, odor, pet hair, or damage. We highly recommend showering before trying on the garments. Odor is the number one reason we deny full refunds. Items that don't meet our return standards may be subject to a restoration fee or may not be eligible for a refund if we cannot restore them. 

A small restoration fee of $20 of the item's purchase price may apply to items that require additional care before they can be resold. This fee is deducted from your refund and helps us keep garments out of landfills. You will be notified of this fee on your refund.

Please note that we cover all costs related to your first exchange. To prevent abuse, any secondary or third exchange will be charged for the shipping label costs.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exceptions

Last call sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 10–15 business days for inspection, processing, and your refund to post. We'll notify you once we've received, and inspected your return and let you know the outcome. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
