For lean, athletic, or average builds: True-to-size
For BMI > 28: Runs Small, consider size up
This is a slim-standard tapered shirt designed for average builds. If your BMI is 28 or higher, consider sizing up for a more comfortable fit, especially in the midsection.
General rule of thumb is that they run slightly closer to the body than traditional shirt sizes since they're a slim/standard hybrid. If you fit in a standard size BUT BARELY, you should consider sizing up. For a more relaxed fit, you can also go one size up.

This shirt is comprised of 64% cotton and 36% polyester. The softness comes from the premium cotton, and the polyester adds wrinkle resistance and durability.
This shirt is pre-shrunk, so it's going to be more resistant to issues in the washer/dryer.
With that being said, to extend the shelf-life of this shirt, it's recommended to wash and dry this under the delicates / cold options.
