We made a blazer for people who do not want to wear a blazer. That is most people, most days, which is why the traditional blazer lives on a hook until a wedding or a funeral.
Ours is knit, not woven, which changes everything about how it behaves. It moves like a cardigan. It shrugs off a car ride. It goes over a tee, a polo, or a button-down, untucked, and looks like you planned an outfit. You did not. That is the point.
What it is not: stiff, padded, or a dry-cleaning situation. There is no dry cleaning. We checked with the blazer.
How to wear it, in order of effort:
- Over the Smart Crew tee. Two pieces. You look like you run a startup that is doing fine.
- Over the Everyday Hero polo. Business casual, the version that is actually casual.
- Over a button-down, collar out. Board meeting to happy hour without a costume change.
