Orders ship from our warehouse in Michigan, returns and exchanges are free for 45 days, and support@noblethreads.com reaches our team. Sean answers a lot of it himself, as a few of the reviews above will tell you.

No. Some copycat stores use names close to ours, and some have copied our photos and product copy. They are not affiliated with us, orders placed there never reach us, and we file trademark and takedown reports against them. If the address bar doesn't say noblethreads.com, it isn't us.

Copycats we know about include noblethreadsof.store, noblethreads.shop, roblethready.com, noblethreaduniformhouse.com, noblethreaduniformworks.com and stores calling themselves "Noblethready." We keep a consumer alert at noblethready.co.

Some unrelated businesses simply share the name, like a former Danish shop at noblethreads.dk or Sir Noble Streetwear. They aren't us, and sharing a name with us doesn't make them a scam.

Call your bank or card issuer and ask about a chargeback. A tracking number that never moves is the usual sign. You can also report the site at reportfraud.ftc.gov. Then send the site address to support@noblethreads.com so we can add it to our trademark reports. We can't refund orders placed somewhere else, but we would rather know.
