Tailoring questions
Should I wash the shirt before tailoring?
Yes. Wash and dry it once first so the fabric settles into its final size, then tailor it. Our shirts are pre-shrunk, but a dryer can still take up to about 3%.
What if my tailor costs more than $10?
Tailoring prices vary. The credit is there to share the cost, not cover all of it.
Can I return a tailored shirt?
No. Once a shirt is tailored it is cut to you, so we can't take it back. The credit is how we help you get the fit without a return.
How long do I have?
Schedule the tailoring within 30 days of your purchase.
