What can be returned?
Full-price pieces within 45 days of shipping, unworn and unwashed, without odor or pet hair.
What cannot?
Gift cards are final sale, and so are tailored pieces. Pieces that need care before resale can incur a $20 restoration fee.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds go back to your original payment once the return arrives and is checked. You get an email when it is on its way back to you.
